At spotmedia agency, we aim to provide a smooth and professional ticket booking experience for our events and conferences. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined a fair and transparent refund policy to protect the rights of all parties.
Refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event date.
Refund requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
A valid booking reference or payment receipt must be provided.
Refunds will only be processed to the original purchaser.
A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.
All refunds are processed electronically. No cash refunds will be issued at the event venue.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
However, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying our support team at least 3 days before the event.
In the event of a full cancellation by the organizers, ticket holders will receive a 100% refund.
If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.
