Refund Policy

At spotmedia agency, we aim to provide a smooth and professional ticket booking experience for our events and conferences. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined a fair and transparent refund policy to protect the rights of all parties.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event date.

  • Refund requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Refund Conditions

  • A valid booking reference or payment receipt must be provided.

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original purchaser.

  • A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Refund Method

  • Once approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • All refunds are processed electronically. No cash refunds will be issued at the event venue.

4. No-Show or Late Cancellation

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.

  • However, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying our support team at least 3 days before the event.

5. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • In the event of a full cancellation by the organizers, ticket holders will receive a 100% refund.

  • If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.
